I'm Shakawat Hridoy. I build WordPress and Shopify websites, set up Klaviyo email flows, and use AI to automate the repetitive work behind a business.

Seven years of building and marketing websites for service businesses and ecommerce brands, and lately a lot of time spent teaching AI to do the busywork. The rest of the time, a boat, a mountain, a road somewhere new.

Teaching, and a running community

A good chunk of my week goes to things that don't bill: teaching freelancing and web skills to students in Feni, and helping run a community of people trying to build the same kind of independent work I do.

What I do

Three things I do most

Websites that are fast and easy to run, email that brings customers back, and automations that take the repetitive work off your plate.

Web development

WordPress, Elementor and Shopify sites for service businesses and ecommerce brands. Fast on a phone, easy for you to edit, and built so search engines can read them.

How I build websites

Klaviyo email automation

The flows that bring Shopify customers back on their own, welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase and win-back, set up once and working every day.

How I set up Klaviyo

AI automation and workflows

I map how the work in your business actually happens, then use AI and automation tools to take the repetitive parts off your team.

How I automate a business

When a client needs them, I also run SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

AI automation

How I take the busywork out of a business

Most small businesses lose hours every week to work that repeats. Copying details from one tool into another, chasing leads, writing the same kind of email, pulling the same report. That is the work I automate, so the people in the business can spend their time on the parts that need them.

Things I automate

  • Lead capture and follow-up
  • Moving data between forms, CRMs and sheets
  • Email and SMS sequences
  • First drafts of emails, posts and product copy
  • Weekly reports
  • Research and lead lists

I build with GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Apify, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and pick whatever fits the tools you already use.

  1. Map the work as it is

I write down how the job happens today, step by step, and where the time actually goes. The answer is often not where people expect.

  2. Automate the repeats

The repetitive steps move to automations and AI. Forms feed your CRM, follow-ups send themselves, drafts arrive ready for a person to check.

  3. Keep people in charge

Anything that needs judgment stays with a person. The AI prepares the work, you make the call.

  4. Hand it over

You get a workflow your team understands and can change, with a short walkthrough, not a black box only I can open.

Tools I recommend

What I actually use

The hosting, email, CRM and AI tools behind my own work and my clients' sites. None of them has let me down.

About me

Seven years in, still doing the work myself

I'm Shakawat Hridoy, and I run TrueHive Digital from Feni, Bangladesh. My first web job was writing front-end code. Then I built WordPress and Shopify sites for freelance clients, and learned the marketing side because a good site on its own was not enough. That mix is why I can build the thing and also make it work.

These days a lot of my time goes into AI. I use it to automate the repetitive parts of a business, like lead follow-up, reporting, first drafts and the marketing tasks that used to eat an afternoon, so the person running the business gets their time back. The judgment calls stay with me, starting with whether you need any of this at all.

Most of my clients are service businesses and ecommerce brands in the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. When you work with me you talk to me, not an account manager.

The philosophy

That's the whole point.

Most of what I know about business, I learned helping other people build theirs online. Most of what I know about life, I learned everywhere else, on a boat in Tanguar Haor, in the hills of Meghalaya, on the road in Saudi Arabia.

Here's what I believe: a business should fund a life, not consume it. So that's what I build: websites that get found while you sleep, email flows that sell while you're at dinner, campaigns that run while you're anywhere but your desk.

I hold up the same deal on my end. Great work, then a boat, a mountain, a road somewhere new.

How I work

Three things you can count on

Straight answers.

If you don't need me, I'll say so. If something won't work, you'll hear it first.

Real numbers.

Every project reports in revenue, rankings, and customers, never vanity metrics.

One person, accountable.

No account managers, no hand-offs. You talk to the person doing the work.

Common questions

The things people ask first

Who is Shakawat Hridoy?

I'm a web developer and AI automation specialist from Feni, Bangladesh, and the founder of TrueHive Digital. For seven years I have built and marketed websites for service businesses and ecommerce brands in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, working with clients since 2019. Most of my work today is WordPress and Shopify development, Klaviyo email automation, and using AI to automate business and marketing workflows.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Two kinds, mostly. Service businesses, contractors, hospitality, studios, that need a website and search presence that actually generate leads. And ecommerce brands, usually on Shopify, that want email automation turning first-time buyers into repeat customers.

Do you work with US clients?

Yes, most of my clients are in the US and Europe. I overlap with US business hours every day, and work over email, Zoom, or Slack, whatever suits you.

What kind of work can you automate with AI?

Usually the repetitive work between your tools. Capturing leads and following up with them, moving details from forms into a CRM or a spreadsheet, first drafts of emails and posts, routine reports, and research lists. I start by mapping how the work happens today, automate the parts that repeat, and keep a person in charge of anything that needs judgment. How I approach it.

Do I need to be technical to use the automations you build?

No. I build them around the tools you already use where I can, hand over a short walkthrough, and write down what each automation does, so your team can run it and change it without me.

How do I start a project with you?

Send a short note through the contact page about what you're building. I'll reply with honest thoughts, even if the honest thought is that you don't need me yet.

Building something? Tell me about it.
