Who is responsible for your data

This site is operated by Shakawat Hridoy, trading as TrueHive Digital, based in Bangladesh. For anything in this policy, send me a message through the contact form.

What this site collects

This is a static website. There are no user accounts, no comments, and nothing you do here is stored on my servers unless you deliberately send it. There are exactly two ways data leaves your browser:

1. The contact form

If you send a message through the contact page, the name, email address, and message you type are delivered to my inbox. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which passes the submission on and does not use it for anything else.

I use those details to reply to you by email and, if we work together, to run the project. I do not add people who contact me to a mailing list. Enquiries stay in my email for as long as they are commercially useful, and you can ask me to delete yours at any time.

2. Analytics

None currently. No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tags are installed on this site today. When analytics are added, this section will be updated before they go live, and it will name the specific services used.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Nothing here needs them: there is no login, no cart, and no personalization. Your browser may cache files to make return visits faster, but that is not tracking and it stays on your device.

Affiliate links

Some links on the recommends page are affiliate links that pass through a short address on this domain (like /hostinger/) before forwarding you on. That forward does not collect anything about you here. Once you arrive at the destination site, that company's own privacy policy and cookies apply, including any tracking they use to attribute the referral. Who else can see your data

I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that make the site work:

• Netlify: hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
• Web3Forms: delivers contact form submissions to my inbox.

These providers process data on my behalf under their own agreements. Some are based outside your country, which means your data may be transferred internationally.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you what data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Send the request through the contact form and I will handle it within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, those rights come from the GDPR and include the right to data portability and to complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what is collected and to request deletion, and note that I do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent me something, send me a message through the contact form and I will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. It is a static site, which means there is no database and no application layer to break into. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes, a new analytics provider, a new way data is used, will be reflected here before the change goes live, not after.
